Training
The training provided by the La Capitale Real Estate Academy is currently the only upgrading training offered by a real estate banner that is ACAIQ certified.
The 7 courses offered by the Real Estate Academy provide ACAIQ certification at the rate of 1 continuing education unit (CEU) per hour of course, for a total of 42 CEUs for each of the seven six-hour courses.
This means that a studious La Capitale agent could easily rank among the agents who accumulate the greatest number of CEUs in Quebec, all banners combined, since La Capitale agents are currently the only agents in Quebec who can add 42 CEUs to those already offered by the ACAIQ!!!
